I've been reading so much here about the great sound of EL84's and 2A3's but don't know if that nice TONE I'm looking for will have any drive as well. Was just looking at a Mesa Tigris/Baron with "Tandem State Imaging®", 6V6's selectable in combination/parallel with EL84's...supposed to give you the best of both worlds??
