leohd
I have a pair of kg 4,2 and the rubber around the cones have a few crackes on them, any way to repair them like with silicone or something easy and cheap? Thanks
Marvel
Have a look at this link. I've used Weldbond with great success. http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/p/108660/1096366.aspx#1096366 And welcome... Bruce
djk
Weldbond works best on foam. I think I would use a thin skin of silicone seal on rubber surrounds. I would pick a Dow Corning industrial type, not a hardware store type. On Monday I can find the best # for you when I get back to work. We want a one-part humidity cure product that doesn't require a primer, I'm thinking 737.
Groomlakearea51
Ditto on djk's advice. I used it several years ago to "resurrect" a crack on a pair of Forte-II woofers.

Groomlakearea51
Check automotive parts and plumbers supply places. The key is flexibility. Google what djk thinks s the correct type and see where it can be found, etc.
