That does not seem like a bad deal at all. That sub will work fine with the SL's. Just remember one thing, upgraditis is really easy to catch around Christmas time. To avoid that and to spend less $$$ in the long run, buy the best setup you can afford. If not, you could always move this setup into the bedroom and buy a mack-daddy system for your main room.
