Klipsch Customer Service

This posting is to complement Klipschs' Customer Service and Staff. (BobG,Trey,Matt and Robbie...)

Aprox. two weeks ago I posted here on the forum concerned about the Klipsch factory stickers on the back of my RF-7s; that stated max input pwr 150 watts.

Since all other RF-7s I have seen or specs read about, stated max input power was 250 watts. I wondered if Klipsch had made changes to the RF-7s. Why did mine say 150 watts.

It wasn't but a day or too before the Klipsch forum monitor responded to my post. The monitor stated the sticker was a miss-print. That the RF-7s have not been modified & are still absolutly rated for 250 watts...

I also called the Klipsch Service Center. Where I received prompt attention. And was reasured once more the sticker was a miss-print.

Then a Klipsch employee (in charge of the printing?) took time out to call me, give an apology and offer to reprint new stickers. Although it is not nessasary to have new stickers printed as Klipsch is aware of the situation, as this miss-print would not void the speakers warrenty.

My new stickers are on the way.

Thanks Klipsch
