Rivernuggets
I have a pair of RF-82s in our basement, in storage (I know, a sin), all packed up in their original boxes. They are currently on their backs with woofers pointed to the ceiling, puzzle-pieced under our stairs. Is this orientation OK? Am I going to open them up after storage and find distorted surrounds because of gravity? I looked for posts in the archives relating to this, but came up with nothing. Please, your thoughts. Budman
just rotate them every couple months. i've had some heresy woofer surrounds that have sat in the normal position for years and they are sagging. i pulled them out and rotated them 90 deg.
