Islander
Don't go by me. I know in-wall is rated CL2 or CL3, but that's all I know. Someone with more knowledge or experience with in-wall speaker cable is welcome to chime in here.
mbr311
Well it's rated for in-wall use so even if its not as good as CL3 it should still be fine. I think I'll be okay unless someone comes in here and tells me otherwise (not saying you don't now you just don't sound super confident)
space_cowboy
After looking around at rugs and thinking about this, I decided to try the Chordsaver things; decided I didn’t want a rug for several reasons. We’ll see how the dark oak finish works out. What I SHOULD have done when my kitchen was tiled last year, was lay a wire in the trough before the transition piece was put down between the kitchen tile and the living room flooring. I’m not gonna try to pry that up as I saw about a half gallon of adhesive poured down for that. Oh well, will see how it turns out. Seems like an effort for a speaker wire.
