Blatz Posted January 6, 2011 Share Posted January 6, 2011 My setup currently consists of F3 fronts, RC62 center, RS52 side surrounds, and NHT bookshelf for rear surrounds. I have looked at in-wall/ceiling speakers, but the layout of my vaulted ceiling crosses those off the list. My next thought is to buy 2 quintets and mount them high on the back wall and angle them down. What rear surrounds would you all recommend? I can post pics of my room if needed. Thanks. That will put you in good shape if you ever want to timbre match your system with some Reference series RF-62s, 63s, 82s, or 83s. I've been in to home audio for the last ten or so years, since before college. I finally have my own home and plan on tweaking the setup a lil. I'm in wilmington NC. Blatz Posted January 7, 2011 Author Share Posted January 7, 2011 Wow. RF82s? $1000 would be nice, but I already have F3s up front and they sound pretty good, though I'm sure not as good as rf82s. I would love to use the F3s in the rear, but the way my room is shaped, that is impossible. I will post a pic tonight of my room layout and see what you recommend. Thanks for the idead though.
