Guest David H
It looks looks like you are using actual hardwood, not ply. Are the picture deceiving? Dave.
MKing
It's plywood. Walnut veener with walnut edge banding

MKing
2' Tall 2' Deep 4' Wide. I think I will redesign my motherboard to move the tweeter and midrange closer to the center.
IB Slammin
2' Tall 2' Deep 4' Wide. I think I will redesign my motherboard to move the tweeter and midrange driver closer to the middle. Well if you are going to ditch the motorboard....... perhaps locate one port on each end ???????? [:^)] (very nice job...they look great) tc
peshewah
Very sweet. Nice work. If I ever get to build cornscala's they will look just like yours and Daves(hope you guys don't mind). Can you tell us your specs? How do they sound? I always wondered about a low riding cornscala for the center channel. Please tell us more. MKing
specs for the bass bin can be found on Bob Crites web-site - http://www.critesspeakers.com/cornscala.html They really sound great. Bass is tight, midrange is strong, very strong. For the mid-range I used the Selenium D405 2 inch midrange drivers with M2380 2 inch midrange horn. CT125 Tweeters and CW1256C Cast Frame woofers. Mike Dubay
Nice looking pair of "heavy weight" cornscalas. I have been enjoying mine since building them last summer. I am going to go to a 2 inch driver for the mid range later this year as time and funds permit. I take it you like the Selenium D405 drivers? I plan on doing a wood horn for mine. MKing
I'm currently running a QSC PLX 2402 with Ebtech LLS-2-XLR 2 Channel Line Level Shifter on my conscalas. The slam is unbelievable and the midrange is just beatiful.
