jhoak
I have my recently acquired Cornwall IIs apart to update the crossover caps and change out the diaphragms. I noticed that unlike my previous Cornwalls (1s) there is no damping material applied inside the cabinet. I own plenty of the material and I'll never have a better opportunity would there be any "harm" in applying damping material to one side, the top, and the back? THANX! Groomlakearea51
I tried using some of the "batting" (from Uline Products) in the CW-II's in the living room, but could not really tell the difference. Probably because I don't play them loud enough in that room. I'd check with "Budman", and/or some of the other oldtimers who may have some better idea if it's worthwhile. jhoak
Yea... I have the exact same stuff. I used less than half of the 54 bux worth on the Cornscalas so I've got plenty of it.
rigma
I looked at the Uline site and can't determine which product you guys are using. Do you have a part number, descripition, or link. Thanks in advance for your help. rigma
