USNRET Posted October 14, 2011 Share Posted October 14, 2011 As luck would have it I missed out on some local $500 Khorns by a bit. Instead I brought home some tubes..... Why? Heck I don't know, but now I need to try to do something with this. I am illiterate on the art of identifying such things. Does anyone have a good link for me to use in identifying these creatures or does it take a life time of being a tube Sherlock Holmes to make heads or tails. tube fanatic Posted October 15, 2011 Share Posted October 15, 2011 The 6V6s are certainly useful (if they are good!) as they are wonderful audio tubes which were used in many low power amps.
