Musicality, smoothness, 3-way mimicking 2-way speaker, I think the edge goes to the RF-63. Pounding, in your face sound, uninhibited, the edge goes to the RF-7. I like both of these animals for their own unique characteristics. I have only lived with the RF-63's but after adding the Acurus A250 amp, I appreciate them more and more each day.
