bobdog
Moved this to Updates and Modifications. I thought it fit better there. If a Mod could remove this that would be great.
oscarsear
Email Alk...... I know the 2404's will work but Al will provide you with all the info you need. He has a web site under AlK engineering as I recall.
sunnysal
I tried them with an active crossover. they are great sounding tweeters and keep up with the k-horn in all respects. however I went back to stock tweet when I dropped tine active crossover project. there are a few others here using 2404H on k-horns (john warren was one) and I am sure they will chime in. as mentioned before there are even a few people who have incorporated the 2404H into upgrade kits (like Al K). warm regards, Tony
oscarsear
I do use the 2404's on my Khorns.... But I use Alk's steep-slope passive crossover along with the Elliptrac 2 inch midrange horns driven by JBL 2482's. They are a joy to listen too. sootshe
I thought the 2404's were better than anything else I had tried........standard Klipsch K77, APT drivers, Beyma's & also better than the JBL slot......much smoother & cleaner than the slot, but with great extension. It should be crossed over around 10K to get the best performance.
