HPower
Up for sale is a very nice condition hk 505 integrated amp... twin powered hk from the tail end of Harman Kardon's best years. I hesitate to say in mint condition, but it does show very well. Everything sounds and functions as it should. Asking $250.00 * Twin Power Ultrawideband DC True Power Design * High Current Twin Core Power Supply (same kind as used in vintage higher end Marantz - 2285B, etc) * 40000 mF of filter capacitance * Heavy duty metal case TO-3 discreet output transistors * Stable into 4 Ohms * 5 - 150,000 Hertz * 0.03 THD / IMD at full power, typically much less * Preamp / Power amp jacks * 30 lbs * Aux1, Aux2, Tape1, Tape2, Tuner, Phono * Speaker 1, speaker 2; switchable * Tone defeat * Tone controls with tone turnover * Subsonic filter, high cut filter, mono switch * Capacitance phono switch * Balance, volume * Tape copy 1&2, tape monitor 1&2 * Loudness switch * Designed in USA, Made in Japan * Very well built * 120 V, North America version The only reason that I am selling this baby is because I just picked up a truly MINT hk 930 and I need to free up some space. Local sales (Toronto) would be preferred, but I will ship at the buyers expense. Canadian Sale would ship from L3X 1A9… USA Sale would ship from 14305. Auditions are welcome for local buyers. Thanks very much for looking.

HPower
This pretty integrated really does sound nice with Heritage Klipsch and I would have to give the 505 a slight edge over the 930 Receiver as far as sonics go. If it does not sell, I may just run the tuner out of the 930 via record out and then use the amp section on the 505.

HPower
Well, who would have thought this classified post would get pinged after all this time. It did not sell 3 years ago and has had little use since then. Kasialuca, I will PM you back.
