Woofers and Tweeters
I have a pair of KLF-30s. One of the mid’s diaphragm needs to be replaced. They have K-52. Will a K-52-H work to replace the K-52? Are they the same? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Klipsch-K-52-H-Replacement-Diaphram-Kit-/300792493261?pt=US_Speaker_Parts_Components&hash=item4608a134cd Thanks in advance
wuzzzer
Yep. Wouldn't be a bad idea to replace both of them. Not that they fail over time, but then they'll be a matched pair.
djk
+1 Buy a new pair and save the original as a spare.
Woofers and Tweeters
Thanks, I will. The price look okay??. I might do the Fortes too. I think they take the same mids???
djk
The price looks right, and they should fit the Forte as well.
Woofers and Tweeters
Thanks for the advice. I have four of them on the way. TheBob Crites tweeter diaphragms and xovers for the Fortes are here. As soon asthe mids get here I will get busy on the KLFs and the Fortes.
