mike stehr Posted July 11, 2013 Share Posted July 11, 2013 Spent the last four days troubleshooting my own errors...slipped a screen pin on a 6BQ5...pin 8 for 9... After fixing that, one would think one would check the rest of the output tube pins...and for some reason I was thinking 6BQ5 plate pins were #6, wondering why the circuit wouldn't amplify anything. Figured that out tonight. I jeeped in the tube power supply to help troubleshoot...I have the dropping resistors for the amplifiers power supply figured out. It's just a matter of putting things back together. We listened to music set-up like this for a good hour, and things sound good. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
