DizRotus
With the use of this precision instrument, which some might recognize as an ancient Sears vacuum long ago relegated to garage only duty, problem solved.
DizRotus
This technique has been employed successfully several times. The driver pictured is a Radio Shack 40-1197 (Google it) given to me by this forum's Klipschguy. It arrived with the dented dustcap. I recommend this technique over drinking straws, pins & glue, replacing the dustcap, etc. Nothing else I tried worked as well.
Boxx
I'll second this method.... I have used it successfully three times, on both large and small speakers...
