RSW-15 down...any suggestions?

Take it apart and have a look for anything obvious.

I know nothing about this sub, but you should be able to get a replacement amp (BASH amp or similar) at Partsexpress if it is worth fixing and not just replacing the whole subwoofer.

there is a guy on ebay offering Klipsch sub repair service for a $1 + you paying for shipping.

estimate is free and he would let you know exact cost of the repair after that. he quoted me $50-75 for RWS-10d amp, but I found a replacement sub for $90 and installed it myself.

I would really check the basics first, make sure the power cord is good, then I would get another fuse unless you've tested it and then just keep tracing the power until you find the problem which may be that the amp failed and you need to find a replacement. If you're not comfortable checking these things then I would probably remove the amp and have it tested by a qualified repair shop, but for what they are going to charge you to look at it, you could buy a decent multi meter if you don't have one and just learn how to use it to check power because it will end up saving you money in the future.
