ACM
Cleaning some things off the shelf that are never going to get used. I bought this pair of horns for a project that I'll never get to so time to pass them on. I don't know a lot about these horns other than they are supposed to sound quite nice and have been used in LaScalas at some point with some success. The horns were produced by EV for the Sentry III home speaker and the Sentry IV pro speaker. The "teeth" at the front of the horn are for mounting an EV ST350 tweeter for the Sentry IV. I believe these are a Constant Directivity design with 120 degrees of dispersion. Searching the web can confirm the details. Mounting is the same thread-on type 1 3/8" (?) design of the Klipsch K400, 600, 700, etc. In other words, a K55 and those similar will thread onto the horn with no adaptors needed. External dimensions at the mounting flange are 26 1/2"x10 1/8". Overall depth is 14 1/2". Depth from the back of the mounting flange to the driver flange is 7 1/4". $140 plus actual shipping cost. Paypal preferred.
absolve2525
Does anyone know if these are suitable for Klipschorns? Are they big enough?
