ahhbee78
tenanbaums... all i can say is very odd humor. when i saw it in the theater, my friends and i were chuckling through the whole movie while everyone else was silent. they just didn't get it. do yourself a favor, watch BOTTLE ROCKET and RUSHMORE before you see the TENANBAUMS. if you didnt know, wes anderson (the director) and owen wilson (eli cash) wrote all three movies. while the movies are not related, all three make more sense after viewing them. you get a better handle on the humor of the writers. also, these movies have staying power (at least for me) i own all three and they get funnier the more i watch them. BOTTLE ROCKET's dialogue, RUSHMORE's absurd reality, and TENANBAUM's handfull of perfectly cast actors all in what are more or less bit parts telling an odd story... good good stuff ------------------ Denon 1601 Sony VCR, DVD, CD Changer (all from Best Buy... that means its the 'Best') Philips CD Burner Panasonic 32" TV KSB 3.1 KSC-C1 KSF-S5 KSW-

lne937s
I liked all 3. Kind of twisted, but still great movies. Larry
