I have a very nice and professionally repaired NAD C-270 amp. I recently purchased this amp and the matching pre-amp. As I only really need the pre-amp, the amp is up for sale.

There were some issues when it arrived. There was audible distortion from the right channel. In August of this year, I took it to Luis Galvez of Stereoadvisor in Sacramento, CA. He completely disassembled it and found it needed several resistors, a couple of transistors and a new protection circuit controller. He also adjusted the bias and DC offset. Total repairs cost me $294.06, I have the receipt and some of the replaced parts.

The amp now functions flawlessly and sounds great. Cosmetically it is virtually mint save for one small dingus on the front upper left corner, see pic. I know how to pack heavy items well, double box, reinforced corners, large bubble wrap etc. No peanuts allowed! I generally ship via FedEx ground but can do UPS if desired.

I am asking $350 which will cover shipping to the lower 48, all fees and, packing materials. If you have any questions or would like additional pictures, please don't hesitate to ask. I have linked the original sale above.

Thanks for looking!

Bonzo.

Nice amp.

Folks, this amp has a ton of punch and sounds considerably more powerful than it's spec'd 120w/ch.

Look at the dynamic power specs and you will see why it sounds so powerful

• 120W x 2 Continuous Power (8 ohms) • 210W, 340W, 450W Dynamic Power
into 8, 4 and 2 ohms, respectively • Bridgeable to 300W mono (8 ohms)

Good luck with your sale.

Thanks Willand, I am very impressed by the sound top to bottom of this amp. I was going to use it to bi-amp my current system but decided to go in a different direction. I'm a bit amp poor currently so it's time to thin the heard a bit.
