justinsweber Posted February 3, 2015 Share Posted February 3, 2015 I have a Classic 1 with a Grado Prestige LOMI... wonderful setup. Ive heard the scout, Scout master and Scout 2. I would take any of these over the Aires... It has the wrong arm on it. Im not a lover of VPI arms in general but youll significantly diminish resale without it. If you get the scout... get a counter intuitive from music direct... it will make seting up the azimuth way easier. The stock clap work great. The scout allows for incredibel upgrades... the double pully and changing the patter if you feel like it... Its the entry into the world of VPI.
