I have Klipsch Promedia 4.1 and just installed Dolby Decoder. Why my rear speakers are sounds not loud as like front speakers? when I listening mp3s, watch DVDs. Even I couldn't tell what the sounds from the rear speakers when watching DVD

Is there any setting I must changed? I set all the speakers balance Level = 0 db

When I pressed 'test' button, all the speakers have same loud

Here is what I did:

I'm using Turtle Beach Santa Cruz and Promedia 4.1

I connect the green and purple to mini stereo cables connected with DD 5.1 (Front and Rear output) and I used RCA - Mini stereo cable from 'Digital Output' to 'SPDIF' input on DD5.1

The Balance level all are 0db

When I pressed 'test' button, the sounds (front and rear) both loud enough

The problem is when I play mp3s and DVDs, the rear speakers sounds very low

Is there any setting I should change?

Is there any differences connecting the cables from Digital Output (from Santa Cruz)to SPDIF (DD5.1)? and from Front/Rear output (from Santa Cruz) to Linein (DD5.1)?

When playing mp3, is it correct to hear music only while vocal is playing on front speakers?
