Problems with hk3390

Hey all, just got a set of rf-82ii speakers and am loving them. I finally boxed up my emotiva XPA-200 and want to use just my harmon kardon 3390 receiver. The problem is that the right channel has static! I have done troubleshooting and inputs/ cords / speakers do not seem to be the problem, it is the right channel amplifier. Any thoughts to fix this? I really do not need the emotiva amplifier in my small room.

I have an HK 3390 that has soft static in the right channel.  With an external amp hooked up it's quiet, no problems.  That's the way I've been using it for a couple years now.

Okay, sounds like my same situation! I guess i will just have to keep my emotiva xpa-200. I do not turn my system up at all so it is really a waste!
