dtximages
The blue bluetooth light is blinking rapidly and is unresponsive. It does not show up as a bluetooth device on my phone. Also, it will not switch between sources. I have held down the back two buttons to perform a factory reset and nothing happens at all. I've left the unit unplugged for extended periods of time as well and no luck. Please help!
Scrappydue
Did you contact Klipsch? I'd be pretty upset about a dock that expensive not working.
dtximages
Did you contact Klipsch? I'd be pretty upset about a dock that expensive not working. Not yet. With the holidays I have not had time. And, I'm not that upset about it because I bought it for $500 I figured I could probably find some work-around or find someone local who repairs electronics. I guess pretty much nobody bought one of these so I'm not having as much luck on forums as I thought I would.
Scrappydue
Nice grab for that price. Yeah not many of them are bought from forum members most likely. Cause we know for the 1200$ street price we can buy a set of mint used cornwalls lol
dtximages
I contacted Klipsch and they want me to send it to some authorized repair center in Michigan. They said I had to ship the whole thing instead of just the electronics. The problem is that no one bought this! So no one has experience with it! Scrappydue
Sounds like you have the solution though? Do as Klipsch said and sounds like it will all be taken care of.
CECAA850
The problem is that no one bought this! As in yours is stolen or as in there's not a lot of them out there?
