rebuy
Thanks to the forum for giving me food for thought. I've been reading about subs here and running towers crossed at 80Hz I have my entry level Synery which are now--modified with deang crossovers and I got rid of the toy tweeters and replaced it with a Eminence Compression Drivers. After reading about how most of you use your sub and let it do the heavey work--I threw my Polk back into the system and blended it into the sound--WOW--I got the sound I wanted. The mids and highs are crystal clear by letting the sub do the extra work---I'm so glad I did this. I just wanted to thank the forum for sharing Ideas on how to tweak the systems.
Pete H
It's always great when you try something different and like what you hear. So what's the next trick? You will find that you can't just stop cold turkey. LOL
derrickdj1
The sub is as much a part of the system has the avr, amp, and other components. Congrats on the improved sound quality.
