Grizzog
I've got a 60" tv that weighs about 60lbs. Would the 450 support the weight? I've seen pictures of others and Klipsch has some in their materials as well.
Jay L
It was designed to have TVs sit on it. Go for it. Sent from my VS986 using Tapatalk
Pete H
TV yes, Cat no. I have one that looks like the one in your picture "felix the wonder cat" is his official title, but he's been trained to stay away from the speakers, but when I built an F-20 sub, he couldn't resist crawling in the horn mouth so a custom grill was needed.

That's Sammy. He likes laying on the Altecs when I have music playing. He has never scratched at any of my speakers and is extremely careful when he goes over to them. Never had a center channel that size before.
Paducah Home Theater
This same topic came up a couple months ago, supposedly they're rated for like at least 100 pounds sitting on top of it. I can't confirm. Try the search function and you can probably find it.
