What do they do or what does it imply when it's refurbished?

Refurbished can mean a few things.

Customer return with no defects, blemishes, etc.

Customer return with defect and refurbished to proper working order.

Scratch and dent

etc.

I bought from A4Less and my amp was in perfect cosmetic and working order.

I've tried selling them(even though I hate to) and have had no luck.

I am surprised at that if priced right.

I can't spend anymore cause wife/budget.

I can relate.

I've also bought from accessories4less and service was great. Everything looked like new. I wonder if some of it is new stuff they're marking as refurb to blow out at wholesale prices.

prices are pretty good. I have a dilemma though. Which is that Im still trying to figure out which receiver I want. it's between the Rx A850 or Rx A1050. I did some research and the only noticeable difference between them is the Music chip. 850 has Burr brown and 1050 has the ESS technology. I listen to music everyday and for long time. I currently have the Rx V677 and its s good receiver. Reason I'm upgrading is that i'd like to have the pre outs. I have the Klipsch RP system. Im also interested in the Music cast these new receivers offer. Any one know or are familiar with the music Chip or Dacs these receiver have. This is the only thing holding me back from purchasing the RX A850.
