There have to be people here who have done this. It would be nice to glean some first hand experience. Arash is actually making speakers over in Iran. I can't remember what his look like though. Perhaps you can find a thread with pictures.

One thing that would be great for me to understand is what the chart means with the 3 lines mean in the chart versus the radius and length in mm.  I get that the purplish line is the top and bottom angle of the horn but which is which on the blue and yellow?  Also wondering what the radius numbers mean and why the variance in the length of the measurement in that graph versus what the calculations show the length to be.  Just trying to wrap my head around it all.

 

Maybe I'm over thinking this.

I am going to rehash this horn building project for my Belle clones.  I'd rather keep them true to their look, size wise, and use the drivers I already have; new K-33's and some K-77's or CT-120's.  All I have to buy is crossovers from Crites or build them myself.  Might even get some A-55's for them.  Who knows...  I can use the K-55's from the Cornwalls if need be.
