derrickdj1
Screen choice depends on how the room will be used. I use a drop down screen(electric) because I have a TV mounted on the same wall. Metro has posted some detailed instructions for putting a screen up in a dedicated HT.
Lost240
This room is only used with a projector. I have built a screen in the past. My current screen as seen in these pics is 100" and has just enough room for my RF7IIs on the side. The issue is once I add in the La Scalas it will cut off the sides and I don't have the height in the front. I am going to have to devise some sort of bracket from a beam inside the drop ceiling to make this work and somehow brace this new screen so it is perfectly flat. The wall did most of the work for me last time in that respect.
Lost240
This is the entire area that I am dealing with. I may remove the wall to the left to make it 4 feet wider

Moderators Youthman Posted May 19, 2017 Moderators Share Posted May 19, 2017 Very cool. I haven't heard the new R115's yet. They have received great reviews though.
