Andrej
Hello Folks I just bought The One speaker > bluetooth speaker. Speaker was not charged... OK so I was playing music around 3 hours from AC, After that I tried to play music from charged battery,, but speaker turned off after 5 seconds. When I plugged AC in / or play music > red light is flashing...seems battery not charged... I have question : During playing music from AC >> battery is not charging ? FYI: I bought this speaker from music shop showroom, so speaker is probably not completely new one.... Andrewa
Paducah Home Theater
The first batch that came out had several bad ones that did this, ended up being a loose capacitor. Had you bought it new I'd say get a replacement under warranty.
Andrej
Hmmm, this is not good news. So new models are OK ? no issues like that ? Btw how long is this product "One" on the market ? Andrew
Ceptorman
It's a new product. You might contact the seller, could be under warranty, or the seller might take care of your problem. You can also look up Klipsch One. At the bottom of that page is a contact section that has info to talk with Klipsch. Good luck, let us know what happens.
