mopardave Posted February 24, 2018 Share Posted February 24, 2018 I bought a quad of KT66 Gold Lion. They want to bias very high, over .70 maybe higher. I have a 10ohm resister on pin 8 that i set bias from. Can i remove the 10 ohm resister and install a 20 ohm in its place to bring bias down into a range i could possibly bias them at, say .50ma and not smoke my amp in the whole deal?
