Vladi
Last night there was a storm in the Bay Area - there were power outages in some areas, and my home was affected. We lost power from 7pm yesterday to this morning. Freeways are flooded, and some are closed altogether, there are follen trees and power lines are broken. I thought about how quickly Mother Nature can turn around and claim what we have built...
justin_tx_16
Living in Texas, and having lost my first car (Land Rover Range Rover) to mother nature, I know how you feel. Weather is a powerful thing, something not to be messed with. Have you read Ray G's Klipsch Storyteller story? i don't look at thunderstorms the same way anymore. fini
Yeah, had a few nice thunderclaps overnight, a rare occurrence in the SF area. Made me think about what you guys back east must go through. Everyone here either runs to the window in excitement, or ducks under the bed in fear! fini
Vladi
Yes, I have read Ray's touching story. Fini, actually I was in my car and was wondering what the chances are of getting hit by a thunderstrike. Are you in the Bay Area? Whereabouts?
