pepsican2000
I recently called Klipsch tech support about my non working LF-10, and they concluded that the amplifier is bad and needs to be replaced. But I was wondering if the new amplifier that is going to be put in is going to suffer from the same defect as the old one? Or did they fix the defect on the new amplifiers? Any help is appreciated. -Jay P.S. The person I talked to in the returns department was EXTREMELY rude. I thought Klipsch was supposed to have excellent tech support... edster00
I had to return a bad amplifier from an LF-10, I put in the replacement Klipsch sent and I didn't have any more problems with the sub.
Deang
Poor person has probably done over 5,000 of these in the last two years. Probably just exausted and didn't mean to be rude.
fabulousfrankie
I had problems with my LF-10 and had to go through 4 replacements before I got a working one. I wanted to yell at the first person I got on the phone every time but everyone was so nice to me I just had to be nice in return.
