Pick a room or rooms (current furnishings in photos are not mine and will be replaced with all new); choices are:
1) room with HT sectional and TV
2) formal dining room with long rectangular dining table
3) master bedroom (it's me and teenage daughter that leaves in 1 1/2 years so no WAF needed or desired).
4) room with the curved white couch and piano
Use(s): 2 channel setup combined with or separate from a 5.2 channel HT; it's ok to select different rooms for different purposes. I don't have dimensions.
Equipment:
Trio of Cornwall IIIs; would need surrounds if used as 5.2
Pair of Jubilees; for 2 channel or would need center if CWs not used in 5.2 (give me a break on these as I have not heard them and are standing by for when I close in a couple of weeks).
SVS PB4000 x 2
McIntosh MX151 processor
McIntosh MC8207 (7x200 WPC)
Oppo UDP203
Use OTA TV, Sling, Netflix, Amazon

Will need electronics to use in 2 channel w/Jubs if separate.
Not that it matters my "best" TV is a 65" Sharp 1080P but that one will be relegated to other duty with a new 4K.

My choice would be the room with the big brown sofa, other rooms would be tough with the shapes just from looking at those pictures. I would pick that room for both Ht amd 2 ch. Or Ht in the bedroom and 2 ch in the brown sofa room. Nice house
