marksdad
i just wanted to take a minute to share a little thought i have. very often i sit and and listen, while i do this i sometimes realize where i was a few short months ago (pre klipsch),as i used to listen i thought how unrefined the music was, wishing i could understand the words a little better.......... now i sit and listen, and i think "it just dosent get much better than this" the music is so soothing, or dynamic, or clear....... you know exactly what i mean, as i do this i know that if it wer'nt for the people on this BB, i would still be a cave man placing my ear against those bose or polk rocks. so i say thank you for taking the time to answer all question's no matter how inane, mark
Dale A B
The same thing happened to me after I stumbled upon my pair of '89 Forte II's in March 2000. After replacing a CSW Ensemble system including a powered subwoofer, I am enjoying music more than ever. I can barely stand to listen to what is now a 5.1 home theater in a small room upstairs. (Great for movies, tho). I do realize that it can get "better" than this, and I keep my eyes open for that bargain pair of vintage Heritage, but the biggest problem would be getting them past the wife. "How many speakers do you need - why don't you sell those ugly Heresy's you aren't using?" I don't buy art, I buy Klipsch. That's just the way it is now.
