swrobel
I was disappointed to discover by looking at the spec sheets that the Reference Premier speakers are vinyl veneer and not real wood. I want walnut speakers to match my walnut furniture, and the vinyl doesn't seem like it'll be a good match. Are the high-end Reference speakers actually real wood veneer, and if so, what finish is it? (satin, gloss, etc)
grendel23
The RF-7 III and RC-64 III are veneeered in real wood. Mine were cherry.

Fish
Mine are Walnut, Satin. The finish will vary with wood that day, stain that day, person that day. All of these can make em' great or ehh...
