reach out to klipsch tech support

I don’t understand…I thought the Sevens were an impeccable product and didn’t have wide-spread issues?

@Ramc Good luck with your situation. At the moment, I have had to factory reboot, re-load the firmware and now tech support has asked me to break out my toolbox to pull the primary apart and replace hardware…at least I had almost 3 days to enjoy them.

I’d try your TV’s optical output if it has one.  HDMI ARC is really buggy, no fault of Klipsch.

I actually have the exact same problem on The Nines. I have escalated this problem within Klipsch and waiting for response since November.

Based on the troubleshooting I did and the fact that the issue also exists with The Sevens and with two different customers..... I highly suspect a design issue with the auto off circuitry on the power board. Probably easily fixed through a firmware update.
