Lennco
Hey everyone, I am far from an expert here and looking for support. I bought R800F speakers and have wired them to a Denon receiver. I am still confused on the main and height terminals. I currently only have the main terminals wired to my receiver. Should I be using a jumper cable to connect the main and height terminals on the speakers as well? Currently the height terminals are not being used.
billybob
Yes @Lennco... you are correct. A strap for each speaker should be in your box. If not, use a jumper wire paying attention to the red bottom to top red. Any questions? Welcome!
The History Kid
Please clarify: R-800F, not FA? Are you referring to "Height" or "Hi?" If "Hi" they should be jumped to "Low." If "Height" they're atmos channels. So it's kind of a big deal to make sure you're clarifying and getting these terms right.
