Lonsdale85
Cool, You think a SBLive Value would help make an increase in volume. Thanks
Billie Jean
What kind of sound card do you have? If it's an old one almost any quality new card would be better. I used to have on board sound, but after I bought my Klipsch I got a Santa Cruz. It sounds awesome now, no distortion and more volume. The difference is like night and day. Lonsdale85
Yeah I got crappy onboard audio. Also do any of you know the big difference in 16 or 32 bit audio. Thanks
SteveDeBeave
I have the SB Live MP3 also. If I turn the volume up to 12 o'clock it blows me out of the room. I also keep the subwoofer control around 10 o'clock. The SB Live MP3 has the coaxial digital out which I have hooked up to my Sony receiver in the other room. It sounds like I am playing CD's when I run MP3 sound out from the puter! Super setup, just make a play list in Media Player and ROCK ON! Steve ------------------ Bringing Wood Back to life! Uhui
It actually depends on your soundcard right now. If it was old, I could say that you need to buy a new soundcard.
totalkaos
Are you using windows? If so... did you try turning up the volume using the volume controller? I think it can be found under Programs, Accessories, Entertainment from your start menu... either that or there might be a horn looking thing at the bottom right hand corner near the time display that you can click on... Lonsdale85
Yeah I have Windows volume set on maximum and still isnt really loud. But I dont know I really like loud music could it just be me? I can put the volume knob at half way and i can hear myself well over the music , should it be that way. Thanks
