easylistener
I have a Denon 4802 and it sounds pretty good with my RF3II but I was thinking of upgrading a little. Do you think the outlaw M-200 would give my an improvement in stereo? It has 200 watts and my Denon has 170, will it give me a better sound? Any other amps that are under a 1000, should I be looking at?
easylistener
I guess there is nobody that can help me.
NOSValves
Probably because 95% of the users here use Tubes with there Klipsch and non of us have heard the amp your asking about. Keep bumping the topic and someone may have some help for you. Sorry Craig
dougdrake
I don't believe that going from 170 to 200 watts will give you any discernable difference. However, there may be a better/different sound with the Outlaw, but it won't be from wattage. I can't answer that, though. DD
Mallette
Ken Johnson (kenjohnsonhp)has lived with an Outlaw for quite a while. He might be able to help. I don't know how much difference there is between various Denon's, but the AVR-3000 I have runing Heresies in my other system sounds great to me. Diggs
I have an Outlaw running a Paradigm HT in the "other" setup and the Denon running the Klipsch below. I honestly can't tell you how the Outlaw sounds with Klipsch since I'm too lazy to A/B compare them (I may do this in the future sometime though), but here's a bump for you. You might also try the HT forum.
