I've been tossing the idea around to get a small group together... there are several members within driving distance. I've been to Burlington in the past, and it's a charming town... I may eventually take you up on your offer. I would especially enjoy an opportunity of hearing a pair of K-Horns for the first time... Later... mbajner Posted November 3, 2003 Share Posted November 3, 2003 I own Heresy's ('78) and Forte II's ('96). these do sound very different. the Forte II's had considerable more top end. at first, it took awhile to get use to the Forte's. Once that has passed, the Forte II's are the way to go. I am limited to space myself. anything larger than the Forte's are out of the question. I would love LaScala's but size and price are out for me. Considering try'n to match all speakers to voice the same. If I had to buy today, I would buy 5 Heresy II's. Need a good sub to go with them too since they do not have any low end. Also, get oiled walnut. Non of this black painted crap that most speakers have today.
