arena
My friend just bought a pair of RP-3s and his 1 year old nephew managed to pull the grill off and dent the black center of the midrange driver (I believe it's called the dust cover or something). He tried using a vacuum to suck it back out into shape but it didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
mike stehr
You could try cellophane tape, stick on the dustcap and lightly pull. Moving the tape around the dustcap lightly pulling, you should be able to work the cap back out. Be Careful.
Deang
I've used duct tape with success. It's easier just to push the other ones in so they all match.
kenratboy
Remember, as it is, everything will sound and work fine. Anything else you do will risk the driver. If the dust cap comes off, you will compromise the driver by letting forign objects into the driver itself. At the least, try the tape trick. If it REALLY bugs you, buy a new driver (if they are available)

Thanks for your help everyone.
dougdrake
Tape didn't work for me, so I unbent a paper clip, GENTLY stuck it through the dust cap, and pulled the dent out. Then, a tiny drop of Elmer's Glue and a black felt marker sealed and hid the hole, and all was good in the universe again...
