mikwebb
I am going to purchase two rw12 subs, I am curious Does the sub have a passthrough port to hook up another subwoofer of do I need to split the signal @ my AVR's lfe output? gcoker
I don't remember if it has an output for this use, however, It's prefered to use a splitter from your sub out on your receiver.
PhilH
The RW-12 has R and L Line Ins and an LFE IN, so simply split the sub out on your receiver to hook two up. PhilH
OnMedic
Is it desirable to have 2 Subs of the same size? I have read that a 8 and 12 or 10 and 12 sound great together.
mikwebb
I am not for sure does anyone reccomend a 10 and a 12 togeter? Of should I just get two of the same size (two 12's or two 10's)
Andre_Roy
Hey Dude Hows it going . EH I have a 15 x 20 foot room , For Xmas i baught the family a surround sound system , 4 , RSX5 satilite speakers , an RC--25 center chanel and a RW--12 sub , I am using a Teac ag-10d reciever 125w per chanel , i have only turned it up to 60 on the volume , ( i am kind of not sure how much higher i can turn it up ) but at 60 the fricken room vibrates , its clean and clear and loud enought for us , not to take any sales away from klipsch , but , try it with one first, all i can say is that my room rocks , big , with this system . If you keep them placed together you can expect around a 6dB boost over a single one, if they're seperated they best you can get is 3dB.
