Then I saw that Tillmbil (sp?) wanted them so I backed off. I was just going to sell the tops and use the bass horns, or save them for my kids anyway. tillmbil Posted January 27, 2004 Share Posted January 27, 2004 I am working on my Father going down there to pick them up for me. It is about a 3 1/2 hour drive and he has agreed. If they are still available by the time he agrees to go get them I intend to purchase them. I have spoken with Lee and do not feel it right to ask him to hold them for me if someone else gets there before me. Hopefully this weekend my dad will go done and get them. I told him I would supply a complete system for him/me to use them while they are there. We will see. If he can get there this weekend I would say they are mine. tillmbil Posted January 28, 2004 Share Posted January 28, 2004 Conert was OK. After many beers and a few glasses of wine prior to the start I was a little sleepy. Sting started out with all his acoustical newer stuff, which made me even more tired. Eyes started to drop. Just did make it to the end when he started playing his Police material. You could say that the Police material was why we were all ther because once he started playing the older stuff everyone stood up and never sat down again.
