RW-8 or 10 for 12 x 20 Home Theater ?

My current Klipsch speaker config is:

KSB-3.1 fronts

KSF-C5 center

KSF-S5 surrounds

I'm looking to add a powered subwoofer as I near completion of my dedicated home theater with a 106" screen. My required placement will be front-left, and I like the RW Series with the forward firing woofer. The room is located in my basement, is well insulated, has one 36" door and two 36 pocket doors that can be closed, and has a ceiling height of 8'9". A reasonalbe amount of accoustic absorbing treatment will be added to the dry walls.

I've heard great things about the RW Series subwoofers, but I'm not sure if the 8 will be too small or the 10 too large. The price difference really isn't an issue.

I've never owned a power subwoofer before, so I have no idea how to logically decide between the two sizes.

Thanks!

Go with RW-12 ... I have a room of similar size but with a 20' ceiling. I demoed the 10 - it was good - but based on all of reviews -- I said what the hell and ordered the 12. Should have it in about a week. Check out the post on RW10 or 12 vs Polk PSW12.

Enjoy
