I just hope the buyer actually takes the entire instrument (and not just parts) and has it restored and installed in a new location intact.

I don't know when Hillgreen went out of business, but from the chamber pics, it looks like it was maybe built in the '20s or '30s. The console may or may not be original, but does appear to be in great shape. The facade pipes and casework look to be from an older organ from the turn of the century...many older 19th century organs were modernized in the '20s, but retained their facades. In any event, I hope this historic organ has a bright future...the buyer bought it for a song!
