triceratops
I have no direct knowledge of this event, which is sponsored by various folks (including Welborne Labs). Looks like it might be a good time for Forum members: http://www.audiofest.com/ Anyone in Colorado or elsewhere planning to attend? jhawk92
Tri- Yes, I saw that several months ago, thanks to fellow member Sprocket. I plan on attending, and I think he will be coming from CT as well. Should be a good time. I'm certainly interested in what Welborne displays and the Bottlehead folks. There will be a few rooms I avoid, but should be pretty fun. jhawk92
Craig- If you come out, let me know and I'll have you over for a demo with your 299B and my K-horns. By then, the theater will also be done, so you can see what a front trio of Chorus IIs sound like. Maybe you could bring along a set of your VRDs and we could do some demos. triceratops
Yeah it sounds pretty cool--like the VSAC conference in Washington I went to last fall. I might have to consider checking this out too, if I can get a screaming cheap deal on airfare, etc. Craig--thanks for correcting the link! Randy Taylor
It sounds like fun, always wish I could go to one of these shows and hear sound systems I will never be able to afford, I think it's called dreaming.
jhawk92
Randy- That's what I figure I'll be doing at this...lots of listening, dreaming, and drooling. Edit: Yahoo, post #1000, I officially have No Life.
