This Aragon amp is a thing of beauty

I like the look of it. My problem would be assuming I had the money, "ok, money in hand, now what color to get it in?" I honestly like it in either color. That white its nice but the black blends into the dark and most equipment. I also like black. Honestly I useally don't like white, but with this amp, it wears white really well. I bet it sounds as good as it looks. Congrats on the your purchase.

Granted I don't have a pre/pro to hook it up to yet to hear how it sounds, but I find this Aragon 2005 to be very aesthetically pleasing. Its simple lines, its studied minimalism, its hypnotizing blue light. It makes me happy.

Ah yes indeed - I love those clean simple lines and that blue LED is just so hypnotizing: 9.gif

Seriously, if you think that amp you got there looks nice, wait until you hear it! I've heard the Aragon stuff when I was in Indy last summer, and I just loved how it sounded with the RF-7s they had in that one room. I decided I had to get out-board amplification and the Aragon stuff was on my short list. Unfortunatly, no dealers around here, but then I found that B&K amp and all I can say is "WOW!!".

Here is my engine for the front three speakers, it weighs about 110 lbs and is close to 2ft long. It also requires a 30 amp circuit breaker. With two 2kW torodial transformers and tons of capacitance I can see why. This view if from the side. Next photo is the face, it can be run in 2,3, or 4 channel.

Although the temptation to gloat is easy... I told you it was a fantastic piece of gear!! Wait till you hook it up, too. After you get the Aragon Stage One preamp, then you will really feel complete. It is an amazing setup!

Sooooo Happy 4 U 2!!
