meuge
Chances are, if you can order it online and it's Klipsch, they're what's called 'gray market' products, and are sold by unauthorized dealers. They are not covered by any Klipsch warranty, and those dealers are not likely to have a real warranty policy themselves. You can read more about it here: http://www.klipsch.com/customerservice/legal/unauthorizeddealers.aspx Don't be in a hurry to buy Klipsch speakers online. Even though the prices might look a lot cheaper than the retail prices, they are actually not. If you find a good authorized dealer nearby, you can most likely get a significant discount off the retail price, and not have to pay a lot of money in shipping. For me, it turned out that buying from an authorized dealer was actually CHEAPER than buying online. You can find authorized dealers close to you using this tool http://www.klipsch.com/locator/index.aspx The only time I would consider buying Klipsch online, is if I was looking at ebay to find used Klipsch speakers, most likely from the Heritage line.
