SteelerFan Posted November 30, 2004 Share Posted November 30, 2004 I had the front effect speakers hooked up when I was using my Yamaha DSP-A1000. Don't have them anymore with my 5.1 McCormack preamp and I must say I really don't miss them at all. And for sure I don't miss the clutter. If I were you I'd think about spending that money (be it you or your girlfriend) on something else you want first. You can always come back to them later. Just a thought.
